As a transformational healing facilitator I weave together all of my education, skills, training, modalities, and life experience to facilitate the deepest self healing possible. I hold safe sacred space, guide and assist you along the way as you explore and inquire within how to reveal and liberate your true essence into expression.

Releasing what you need to let go of, forgiving your Self and others, re-balancing your nervous system, rewiring your brain, increasing energy flow, vitality, joy & inner peace.

Influencing the choices you make and strengthening your beliefs and decisions you made about yourself and the world that keep you attached to old patterns. I help you open back up to your pains, so that you can learn what you need to learn, find new perspective and understanding, change your perception and heal your wounds that have kept alive in the shadows.
